How can I cancel my service in this pendamic?

After a year of pormotion period, monthly fee was increased without any notice and the fee was paid by my automatic payment setting. It had not increased when I checked the bill at early of the month.

Thus, during about a month of these days, I have been trying to cancel my service on the phone and chat but no answers. I also submitted cancellation form a couple of times but there are no confimration call.

 

I understand you would be busy in this pendamic and I hope all you are safe.

But, I don't like to keep paying this expensive fee. How can I cancel my service?

I'm having the same issue. Worst customer service ever, in my opinion.

How have you tried to cancel?  Did you call the number on your billing statement and request Retention?
