After a year of pormotion period, monthly fee was increased without any notice and the fee was paid by my automatic payment setting. It had not increased when I checked the bill at early of the month.
Thus, during about a month of these days, I have been trying to cancel my service on the phone and chat but no answers. I also submitted cancellation form a couple of times but there are no confimration call.
I understand you would be busy in this pendamic and I hope all you are safe.
But, I don't like to keep paying this expensive fee. How can I cancel my service?
