Houston Winter Storm Account credit request

 My X1TV, internet, telephone were out for four days from Feb  8 - 11.  Three of these days I luckily had electricity but no Comcast.  The fourth day I had portable generator power to modem & tv, but NO COMCAST.

 

I tried to call you but no answer, I guess you have a Comcast telephone.

 

Please credit my acount for the four days that I had electricity but no Comcast.  

 

We depend on you to provide information during emergencies like the past week and you have totally failed in my opinion.
