Houston Storm Credit

How do I apply for Houston Storm Credit?   I was without power/internet/TV for 3 days.

@erimassa thanks for taking the time to reach out to us through our forums regarding your service disruption. I know how impactful any service issue is to my home and especially when there is bad weather all I want to do is curl up and enjoy all of the benefits of my services. So I can understand the impact this had on your home. If your power had been restored and you were still without Comcast services, please feel free to send me a PM with your first/last name and service address so we can check if you are eligible for any credits.
