Help to reduce billing please

My billing has reached $270 per month. I do not have all the pay channels, only 300mb internet and phone service. This just seems unreal. Is there any help to reduce this?


Over 80 years old, hardly use the internet. When I call they say this is the best I can get. Out of contract too
