Help, internet went out after moving service

Hello,

I recently moved apartments. I made the move through the xfinity app and I set up the modem at the new apartment with little to no issues. Today my internet went completely out and when I sign into the app it says I don’t have services at this address.

What can I do? I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone and this feels like it should be an easy fix. I just want to pay for internet and receive it.
