Help!!!Charged incorrect in Billing, unable to reach Customer agent or self assistance isnt working
I have been charged with incorrect amount since January,2020. I had a chat with customer agent in February 2020 to fix the problem, however now i see additional charge for TV bundle which i did not purchase and NOT using it! Also a late fee is added, although the previous customer agent asked me not to pay until the new changes reflect on billing cycle.
I have been trying to use chat assistance, call you guys, nothing is helping. Now am due for my next payment, i need customer agents to help me out, so that i can pay the correct / adjusted outstanding amount and continue using XFINITY service.
