It's always hard to renew contract with comcast, price jump big and it's hard to reach someone to talk about it. This year, it's eapecially difficult. The auto response phone robot just told you to check on their website, and then simply hang up the call! Anyone has any advice on how to reach customer service to talk? Thanks in advance!
