Hard time getting customer service

My bill this month is incorrect and I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past 30 days.  Everytime I call, I am told to try online because customer service reps are working from home, which is fine, but when I try online, it keeps telling me I'm not signed in, even though I am clearly signed in, so I cant get any answers that way either. Any suggestions?
