I have been trying to obtain internet service since Aug 4. It is now Sept 14 and still nothing. Techs have been to my home numerous times and each time I'm told there is no Tap which the construction team should have put in place. Can anyone help me?!?!?! I've called xfinity it seems a trillion times and no one can help. My daily job seems to be getting transferred from one dept to another to no avail. I work from home and my son does virtual learning. I am in desperate need of service and cannot understand why this has been going on for soooo long. Two of the techs that have come referred me to their supervisor Jacob <Edited>. I've called several times and no response. Can someone please help?!?!
