I subscribed to HBO Max through Xfinity when I first started using Xfinity for internet. However, I’m eventually going to cancel HBO, Xfinity permitting of course. They bill me 14.99 a month for HBO Max with my internet. However, any time I try to ask the Xfinity chat bot it tells me that it isn’t included in my account, and I haven’t been able to find any sort of way to cancel my HBO Max subscription through them. It’s getting frustrating, as 14.99 a month is expensive on top of the price for internet for me and once I’m done with my shows I would appreciate being able to cancel the service I barely use.
