Green pedestal box

I have had 3 appointments to have my green service pedestal box moved a few feet over as it is blocking my rv access to my yard, no one has showed up.

Everytime I chat with xfinity they just tell me sorry can we schedule another appointment.

How can I go about getting this taken care of?

Had another appointment yesterday, no call, no show. Whats the deal, why even bother making the appt if no one is going to show up. Comcast/xfinity has no respect for our time nor do they seem to care about customer service

This isn’t a job for a residential tech, you need a maintenance/construction tech out and those are not techs appointments can be made for. It’s been escalated to an Official Employee to help get the right tech out for you

I want to apologize for the experience you've had while trying to have the pedestal box relocated, so it's no longer blocking your RV from access to your yard. @CCAndrew is correct. This is something that is handled by your local maintenance team.  I'd be more than happy to contact them so we can get taken care of.
