We had old TV boxes that were DVR yet we never signed up for DVR, didn't do it naturally, and weren't billed for it. Yet because NOW after years of having them Comcast will charge us for them we were sent two new TV boxes. I specifically told at least three customer reps that I wanted only non-DVR boxes. Yet when setting these up I saw they have DVR! Can anyone at Comcast understand plain English anymore! Please tell me so! I will now have to call (yet again!) and talk to the eleventh person about getting the right boxes.
