Gigabit Pro survey request

I'm trying to kick off a Gigabit Pro service for the home I am moving into next month.   Online it indicates it might be available within this new neighborhood but I need to kick off the survey request.   Can I please get help doing that?  I am an existing customer.     Thank you.

Re: Gigabit Pro survey request

Hi Joe, I am trying to send you a message as well. I live in San Francisco with fiber to my home, trying to make an upgrade as I get bottlenecked by the 1000/35 mbps Gigabit. Is there a procedure I need to follow?

Start a new thread with your topic giving as much info as you can without posting any personal identifying information.

The sending of a Private Message to anyone in the Forums, especially Official Employees, unless specifically requested, is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Please do NOT send any of the Official Employees private messages unless they request it. By doing so they are being flooded with PM's and are being bogged down in trying to answer all of them. This keeps them from doing their job effectively here in the forums and defeats the purpose of the forums.

Thanks
