Frequent outages and bill Proration
Hello,
there have been outages in my neighborhood 3 times this month causing my wife and I to not be able to work. I am wondering how it is humanly possible to speak with another homosapien about cancelling my service and receiving credit for this month. Xfinity is costing way too much in terms of lost business. Every attempt at speaking with a rep results in being routed to a automated system that is completely unhelpful and infuriating.
Thanks!
Josh

If you're in a contract and cancel your service you'll end up paying an early termination fee.
In order to cancel services you'll need to call Comcast.
