Free xFi pod link not working

I received my Home WiFi evaluation results today after upgrading to xFi Complete a couple of weeks ago.  The email stated my home would benefit from one xFi pod and gave a link to redeem it.  When I click the link I am routed to page with another "redeem pod" link.  After clicking THAT link, xfinity tells me I do not qualify and redirects me to BUY one.  Why would I need to BUY one when I got an email stating I get one included with my service after THEIR evaluation?  


I just want what I paid for.

@ccanada74, thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your request for XFI Pods. I am truly sorry for the delay in our response and truly appreciate your patience and time. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting your free pods after your assessment completed. I would love to dig further into this with you. Can you please reach out through private message (find out how through this link with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?
