I'm getting the run around from chat support and phone reps. One chat rep put in a ticket and said my pods were ordered and to call back in 24 hours to confirm. I called back 24 hours later and nobody can give me an answer to what happened to the ticket - they are just saying it is closed. I have deadspots and deadzones in my home. My ring devices cannot connect to the network due to the weak wifi. I was told by the chat representative that 6 pods were being ordered for free and now nobody can tell me what happened. Please help!!
