Dear Comcast,
When a customer specifically states they do NOT want your flex device, then don't send them one. Because I have no use for it, it's sitting in my garage and now Comcast wants to charge me for it being inactive? [Edited: "Inflammatory"] it's unfortunate there are no other providers in my area.

Why is it sitting in your garage? As long as it's in your possession you will be charged for it. You need to send it back.
