False Cancellation Request

Hello, I recieved an email from comcast requesting a cancellation of my services. I did not make this request, nor did I intend to make this request. If I could someone to look at my account and verify that would be great.  I have already changed passwords, in case it was someone in my account doing it, though my password was not easily guessed and would be impossible to brute hack, outside of it being leaked.

this happened to me also.  My account is supposedly protected with 2 factor authentication.  So somewhere the security measures that xfinity claims to have in place aren't working.
