Xfinity Better update disclosure/information on new device offer for free. I ordered modem For free stating its free when i check with first two agents over the phone 2days ago they said information on website is correct but then i was told by 3rd agent to visit store to get it pick up as fast option and in this COVID-19 i took a trip to store and employee was horrible with his knowledge and didn’t even try to look up my account once which was worse experience visiting store. Then having frustrations i go call customer service again and agent again tells me its free then says shipping a modem to me is free not modem since there are $14.99 charge. Well I explained every each agent that what i see as information on Xfinity website that’s why I ordered it and which says its free for updating and my bill not be affected but whatever. Waisted my 4 days 20min trip and lots of hours on phone with agent and i get my answer finally that Modem is not free. Not satisfied with service at all. The last agent i spoke to was very helpful although. But i gotta stay frustrated no matter what. And i could never be able to sent these agents the proof that i have had since chatting Xfinity assistant does not allow me and over the phone I cannot but i did screenshot where clearly says about this message. So its very much clear that its an error on Xfinity website. Lets see how am i be able to get answers here. I definitely don’t doubt wrong as person as i spoke to agents here but man that Xfinity store employee was just an acting like he was HERO like dude knew everything that he did not even looked once in his computer by searching up under my account that there was noted from previous agent i spoke over the phone. What a shame!
