How can I determine when my contract expires?

Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums. That's a great question. The best way to view your agreements from the My Account App in three easy steps: 

1. Click on "Manage Billing Preferences",

2. Click on "Billing Cycle",

3. Click on "View Contract"


You will then see a list of your legal documents and agreements. You can also see this information when logging into your account online. For more information, follow this link: https://comca.st/30X9aUb. If you have additional questions or concerns about your account, feel free to send me a private message and I'd be happy to help. 

To send a private message, click on "ComcastChe" and then click send a message. In the body of your message, please include your first and last name, and the numbers associated with your street address to ensure I'm looking at the correct account.
