Easement Waiver

Hello. 

I need to obtain a Waiver letter for an Easement on a Residential Property. Who should I contact in order to obtain this?

I'm in the same boat - I need a contact to request a "no objection" letter regarding construction near an easement.  Any help would be appreciated.

ComcastJodie- can you get back with me on easement release?  I have struggled through process the last 2 days numerous phones, attempt chats only to be kicked off and now on the phone with a customer service rep who doesn't know what I am talking about and trying to sell my additional service!  I am at the end of my rope tryint to get this resolved.  please help

I have the same situation currently on the phone with customer service rep who doesn't fully understand what I want.  this is my 4th phone call with no resolution.  please respond with how I can go about obtaining an easement waiver.

Please send me a direct message with your first and last name, along with your complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

 

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary 

 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

 • Press Enter to send your message
