A tree fell on my cable, it's laying on the ground. . After being forced to waste 30 min in your automated system, forcing me to power cycle my modem (then call us back in 10 min) and your computer system sending a reset signal (then call us back in 10 min). Then go through the "troubleshooting" steps again before being placed on hold, which I've now been on hold waiting for a "customer service" rep for over 30 min. How <Edited> are those things going to fix a broken cable laying on the ground?! I just need someone to come out and run a new line from the pole to my house.
