Down Line In My Backyard

You guys are the absolute worst.  For four months I have been getting the run around from this company and I am a customer.  My power company, FPL, came into my backyard and took down an old utility pole and installed a new one.  The Comcast lines (as well as ATT lines) were attached to this pole, but FPL refused to put them back on the pole.  They told me that I need to deal with Comcast.  They left, leaving the wires down in my backyard.  For four months I have had no less than 10 Comcast people come to the backyard, acknowledge the hazardous condition, promise that they would send a construction crew to fix the issue, and nothing happens.  They have given me dozens of ticket numbers, the last ones, JB33883904 an ER051649137.

 

Someone is going to get hurt in my backyard and I want to be sue that I have written this out so that Comcast knows that it is their fault.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
