I would just like to say I am very disappointed already at the capacity of carelessness that your company has already shown. I opened an account and ordered online and even called for confirmation that I would be receiving my self-kit on 08 Aug 2020. I must work from home and require to be online during the day hours. I even called your people to make sure I had what I needed when I needed it and gave ample time to have you (xfinity) deliver what I need in a timely manner. I now find out that your shipping department carelessly just shipped my equipment on my move in day so that It gets to my new address next week. You obviously do not care about me as a customer. I will be changing your services as soon as another is available in my area.
