Damage claims

I have reached out several times and was told on 3 different occasions someone would come fix the board that was damaged during installation, but they still have not sent anyone and it’s been several months.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
