Customer service/Outage

So we've been without internet/tv service since Monday at 2am. No idea how to actually speak to a person. First year with Xfinity, is it always this bad? Hate to say it, but looks like I'm going back to AT&T

I have been out of all services since last Friday night in Clackamas area. Can't reach anyone in service. Xfinity is not allowing any contact so no way to get answers. On top of all this I've not seen a single repair truck or van. On normal days they are all over the place. I suggest everyone refuse to pay there bill, until we are credited for lack of service, and lack of any information on whats being done. Together we have a voice. Best wishes friends

we never had outage issues with att either. yes their service is slower but reliable. comcast customer service isnt service, just blowing smoke. i expect a bill credit for time their system is down and i shouldnt have to ask for it
