Customer retention - 15 year member

Hello,

 

I just received my lastest bill with a large jump in monthly cost.  I would like to hear options verses actually canceling and moving to Starlink beta, Verizon, Dish, etc.

 

Seeking customer retention rep verses tier one rep that costs me 45 min on phone to finally reach customer retention.
