Customer Service and $100 REWARD DEBIT CARD
Hello ~ I usually can contact a PERSON through Comcast chat on FB... but has been shut down for almost a month...It doesn't ake a month to 'UPGRADE"....the BIG problem is my Reward Card...I never received it! I chatted with someone in May or June and they sent one finally....I lost it in my house...chatted again in Sept. they sent me another one...I tried to activite it but it would NOT activate...I called the ph. number on the back of the card and the bank Lady sorted through it...comcast had sent me a duplicate with an INVALID code and the WRONG CITY with the correct zip! Here it is Oct. 21 and I DO NOT HAVE MY $100 Reward.
The comcast Chat was the best way to get help! Your digital web BOT HELP IS TERRIBLE!
