Credit for outage

Hello, I would like to receive credit for the days I’ve been without service due to the Texas winter storm . My cable , internet and phone service have been out since 2-16-21, 2-17-21 and as of now 2-18-21

Good afternoon, @JuanBarba! I hope you are staying safe and warm during this crazy storm. We will surely issue a credit for the complete downtime once services are restored.
