Last night, 10/5 my cable and Internet both went out for the duration of the evening, around 7:00 pm. (zip code 87114) I had to use my phone, which is Xfinity Mobile service as a hotspot so I could continue to work. Now, the month has just started and I have almost gone through my data plan. I would like to request a credit to compensate for my data usage on mobile due to the outage.
