Credit for Service Outage

Credit for Service Outage

On the 28th and 29th of September, our internet service was down for over 16 hours.  I am trying to get a credit on my bill for this lose of service.  It is impossible to talk to anyone.  Has anyone had luck with this?  Or who to contact or a number to call?  


Any help is appreciated.
