I've put in two tickets for construction in the last month with no success, we NEED them out here to install the signal wire and a lockbox, it's been a month with no internet and we can't keep going like this, we need it for at home work, I don't need a tech appointment just for them to say the same thing that we need construction and waste my time and theirs over and over, about five times now
