I have been working with numerous call center representatives on the progress of installation on a new construction home since February. There was a site survey done in mid-March with a cost of $3800 with no documented communication of the cost, the process for installation, or timeline. Without this documentation, I am not able to move forward with payment or installation. Last week (mid-April), we were told another survey was completed with a revised cost of (at least) $6600. I was told an email was sent to me on moving the process forward, but I have no official documentation of the cost or process to move forward. Is there a department or contact to target my questions?
