We recently purchased a home in a new construction townhouse complex made up of 14 units. We called Xfinity before we purchased the home and they confirmed that our address is servicable. Yet we and our neighbors have been trying to get Xfinity service set up for almost a month to no avail. Multiple Xfinity technicians have come and let us know that the construction team needs to come first to connect the townhouse complex to the Xfinity cable from the pole in the street. We have called customer service many times, created a ticket, had our issue escalated, and still the construction team hasn't come and no progress has been made. It seems that we keep going around in circles. Nobody is telling us when this will be resolved and we don't know what else to do.
We desperately need your help! We work from home because of the coronavirus and we need Internet service urgently. We also have an elderly neighbor who lives alone and needs Internet service for her security system. Can we please get the construction team out here as soon as possible?
