Complaint

The arial line has been cut and laying in my front yard since last week. There have been 2 service calls to my area and nothing has been fixed. I’m told another service call appointment will need to be issued, and that my house shows “green” and asked repeatedly if I’m am sure that I don’t have any internet connection. Seriously? The line is cut and laying in the yard. Why is this not a high priority issue? The power company was here within 2 hrs for a down line.l and I’m going on day six with out a repair from Comcast.
