I have now been cut off three times during my third session of attempting to work with Comcast cutomer service to solve this problem!!! How do you get something escalated to management when customer service fails to serve the customer??? two comcast lines at my rental property in Detroit are literally laying on the garage roof and are low enough to be reached by short people. They are ruining the shingles and are a dangerous hazard to my tenants!
