Comcast service
For a month now I have tried to find out from comcast one question about security. One simple question about a Serious security issue with my account, still no answer , despite me calling them back ever few days to remind them they promised to call me back. I am ready to find another company. If I hear one more time comcast employees blaming the pandemic as the reason .. I think I will unplug comcast stuff and GET ANOTHER COMPANY ...THEN BLAME THE REASON I CANT GET THEIR STUFF BACK TO THEM IN A TIMELY MATTER ON THEIR LACK OF GIVING ME ONE ANSWER AFTER A MONTH OF WEEKLY CALLING AND WASTING MY TIME
