Comcast or AT&T
As it doesn't appear I can contact Comcast directly by email, I guess I have to ask this question here (although I have no idea which topic to post in.)
I am moving in mid-December and currently deciding whether to stay with Comcast or switch to AT&T.
Comcast is quite expensive for me at the moment because the one channel I want to keep, Turner Classic Movies, is an add-on package with a bunch of channels in which I have zero interest.
I am trying to find out what is the least expensive cable connection I can get that will include Turner Classic Movies.
If I can get a cheaper package from AT&T that includes TCM, I will probably switch--though the last time I had AT&T, I was not impressed with their service, either.
How do I find out what kind of deal I can get from Comcast? Trying to figure it out from this site is difficult. I guess I'm not very smart, because sorting out one package from another is almost incomprehensible. And it's constantly changing, so how can I tell if I'm not getting something different in four weeks?
It's almost more trouble than it's worth.

Thank you for posting your question in the Xfinity Forum, @TamaraY! This is one of the best ways to chat with an agent. We're also available on Reddit, Facebook, Twitter,
or the Xfinity Assistant Chat. TMC is one of my favorites too, so I understand why you'd want to make sure you still have it once you move. My team can provide you with options to help decide what would be best for you. We'll first want to make sure your new address is within our service footprint.
Do you know the street address where you'll be moving? If so, let's chat to see if we can get this process started early.
Can you send a private message? To send a private message, click on my name, "ComcastChe," and then click send a message. Please include your first and last name and address.
