Comcast is a horroble company to deal with. I have called multiple times to try and down grade my service only to be told internet would cost $118 a month. It is ridiculous that a current customer can not change a plan and get a promotional rate. Comcast is WELL AWARE there are no other options for internet service in my area and you take advantage of the customers. I can't even cancel service completely due to my child needing internet service for school since her school is closed due to COVID. Great customer loyalty comcast.
