Our neighborhood had an outage more than a year ago. The replaced wiring has been lying across THREE yards since then. Not only is it an eyesore, but between traffic and landscapers, if it werent for Xfinity customers moving it out of fear of losing service, it would be cut by now. I cannot afford to lose internet access while working from home. Why hasn't this been taken care of?? And, who can I contact DIRECTLY who can take care of this mess??
