Check status of ticket number

Technician came out to repair someone else's service, and disconnected our service.  Telephone rep first told me no one could return to fix the Comcast error for 48 hours, and then told me a rgave me ticket number 501827094 and told me that someone would be out in 30 minutes.  DId not happen.
