Charanpal is the best
The survey wouldn't let me leave an agent specific review and there was no company email so here we are.
I had an issue with my internet and Charanpal was the agent assigned to me. They were freaking awesome and kind, patient with me as we tried this and that. It took a while and they weren't rushing or rude just kindly there for me. The issue was resolved without any fuss and they were very professional. Honestly the best experience I've had with customer service in a long time, so long I cant remember the last time customer service was pleasant like that. Id recommend working hard to retain Charanpal as an employee. Their first guess was right, and they were so cool and patient. Please, whomever in the company is reading this first, make sure it gets to the ears of Charanpal's boss.

I was having reoccurring issue. Went thru maybe 6 reps. All were from Asia and at best could follow the script on the screen. On the 7 I got a gentleman from Florida. What a joy to deal with. Apologized, was very personable, really knew what he was doing. Figured out in 10min and was fixing it. The other 6 reps claimed it was the Roku app issue even though it also happened on the phone app right from Xfimity and the roku app is also from xfinity. Would not even escalate it. You have to call roku was their only answer and I was a brand new customer.
Anyways I know how you feel and glad you were lucky enough to have a good experience.
