Changing my plan

Is there any way to change my plan? My agreement was up this month and I'm currently paying more than I can afford right now. I've tried all the options on the site and it won't let me even see other offers. It just keeps showing me what I currently have.

Do you have the Flex device on your account?   Something about this device on your account prevents this.   No one can address why.   This has been happening for months.   Short of calling or using their Twitter handlem, you are unlikely to get it resolved.   And be prepared to wait on hold, and maybe wait for awhile on the Twitter handle.    Comcast just is not available to deal with issues these days.
