Cant see upgrade offers

When I go to the website or xfinity assistant to try to see the cost of higher speed packages it never shows me the deals. Instead i am redirected to a page that says something like "good news, xfinity service is included at your address. We've partnered with your community to bring service to your address". I know my community provides basic cable at no charge, but i am already paying for the 200mbps package for my home. Why can't i see my upgrade options? This is extremely frustrating and there is no available agents on xfinity assistant!

Hi Ericd488. Thanks for posting on the Forums! I am showing your post is unlocked. I can assist with reviewing your account and the various speed upgrade options available to you. Please send me a private message and include your full name and service address so I can get started. Click my name (ComcastJoeTru) to view my profile, then click the link that says "Send a message". There you can private message me.

I have the exact same predicament! Can I also email you, @ComcastJoeTru ? I guess you have to enable that option because I don't see a PM option. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue.... Any time I try to look at different deals/bundles, or click anything that says "change plan" or "update plan", it redirects to that page. I can't even edit or change any services.
