On August of last year, I called and canceled my account and also returned my equipment and I got a confirmation email saying that it was received. However, I was billed for the month of August, September, October, November, and December. I have spoken to various agents who apologized for the error and said that they will rectify the issue but they never did.
I would appreciate it if someone will fix the issue
