Canceling service

Hello, I just checked my bill & it went up over 50.00 & I have until February 14th to resolve this issue or im canceling because I cannot afford a higher bill during this pandemic. I am out of work & things are very hard for me. I called Xfinity to cancel & the rep told me to wait until monday but It will be the 15th & I would have to pay a extra months bill. My friend told me to come to this forum & ask for a retention agent so here I am if anyone works for xfinity & get me in touch with a rentention agent. If I can't resolve this issue today I will be canceling tomorrow & taking the equipment back in. I just can't afford a nearly 300.00 bill right now. Sorry Xfinity. I've been a customer since 2012 but it's just extremely hard for me right now. If a rentention agent can help I'll be happy to at least hear any offers. Also I checked for deals in my area & none would should & it told me I had to call customer service. I can't even see any deals & I have always been a good customer.
