I ordered a plan online. Decided I didn’t want it. We canceled through chat; got a text about delivery and canceled again over the phone. The package shows up two days later. I call again today and being told it can’t be canceled and I’m going to be charged if not returned within 5 days. When I’ve done nothing but try to cancel. The last agent tells me no one (Supervisor or manager) can even change my plan back and cancel my new plan. When the agreement is 30 days.
You guys are awful customer service. How can no one cancel or revert a plan over the phone or online?!
