Cancel or Downgrade Services - Need Help ASAP

My promotional plan just ended and my next bill is $50 higher than usual.  I can't look at different plans online because it says none are available in my area. I've tried online chat but can't get a real person, it just tells me to call the 1-800 number. When I call that number I can't get an actual person either. It seems like Comcast is trying to make it difficult for anyone to change plans or lower their bill.  I'm about to be billed $220 on the 2/28 for basic TV and cable and I cannot afford to pay this much. My income is lower due to COVID and my last plan was already too high for me. My friend just signed up for service a few months ago and pays much less than I did on my last plan for the same services. I'm not sure why Comcast doesn't value exsiting, loyal customers as much as they do new customers. I would like to stay with Xfinity instead of switching providers but I need to get in touch with someone that can help ASAP or I'm going to have to cancel my service completely.
