Ever since I moved to a new location and transferred my internet, I'm continuously receiving emails from Xfinity - 9 in the past 14 days. I don't want to receive any of these, and consider them spam (e.g., information about Voice Remote, TV apps, Call of Duty... all of which I'm very uninterested in).
I have tried to update my privacy/communication preferences multiple times, but each time I do the website crashes. I need these emails to stop, and I need to be able to unsubscribe from unwanted advertisements, as I'm entitled to do under U.S. law.
