Can't get through to a representative

I used the virtual assistant to try and fix the internet connection- no luck. So I responded that I needed to be connected with an agent, and it won't even put me in the queue. HELP

I need to cancel my account too. I’ve been trying for weeks. My contract was up and I refuse to pay the up charge due to not being able to get ahold of anyone.
